Soil Improvement
Apply 20–40 kg of peat per 1 m² and dig it into the soil. The exact amount depends on the soil type (sandy soils require more, clay soils less).
Planting
Add peat to planting holes for trees, shrubs, and seedlings to improve rooting and growth.
Mulching
Spread a thin layer of peat (0.5–1 cm) to protect the soil from drying out and suppress weed growth.
Soil Mix Preparation
Peat is an excellent component for creating nutrient-rich mixes for seedlings and indoor plants.
Important!
Do not use pure lowland peat for plants that require acidic soil (e.g., hydrangeas, rhododendrons). For these species, specialized peat blends are recommended.
